The cost of treatment is determined by the complexity of your case and the tooth being treated. Thus, fees cannot be quoted in advance of your initial visit, but you will receive a cost estimate upon completion of your comprehensive exam, and prior to initiation of treatment.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. If you have insurance, your estimated responsibility will be due. This will include your co-insurance, any non-covered services, remaining deductible, or fees denied by your insurance company from having exceeded your maximum benefits for the plan year.
For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, major credit cards, and Care Credit.
We will promptly submit and closely monitor all claims on your behalf. Once the initial claim is processed, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance and non-covered services. Any over-payment that you may have made on your account will be refunded upon receipt of your final Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company.
We are in network with most major insurances. Please call our office and Lori will be happy to verify your insurance and work closely with you to obtain a summary of benefits from your insurance company, whether in- or out-of-network.
Please be aware that your insurance company will not guarantee coverage or accuracy of any verbal estimates give over the phone or on-line prior to submission of your claim. Thus, any information we provide you is an estimate only and not a guarantee of coverage. Any remaining balance atfer your insurance has paid is your responsibility; this includes non-covered procedures and services.
